In this position you will solicit orders for services and upsells through telephone contact.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Enunciates prepared script on the telephone to potential customers.

 Quotes price and persuades customer to purchase services.

 Completes telephone sales opportunities in a timely and efficient manner to acquire new customers.

 Secures and places orders with others for filling and arranges service date.

 Records names, addresses, purchases and reactions of prospects solicited.

 Develops lists of prospects from city and telephone directories, trade and professional association membership lists, and other public records.

 Makes quality control call on all sales in a timely and efficient manner to enhance customer satisfaction

 Asks for referrals.

 Prepares report on telemarketing activities.

 Completes estimate forms.

 Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

 The ability to clearly communicate in English over the telephone.

 Bilingual ability a plus.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

 Ability to do basic math or calculations, i.e. determine percentages.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

 If required by local, state or federal agencies.
